We have shopped at Sainsbury's for years and years but have had enough of being constantly overcharged (a lot of the time on bogoff offers). Been having their home delivery for the past few months and it was the worst of any we have ever had. Squashed goods, overcharged constantly, Meat four days past it's use-by date (is that an offence by the way?)ridiculous substitutions, appalling customer service. Given them loads of chances to get it right but that's it for us now - going back to Ocado.

Sainsbury's need to get their act together, in the current economical situation, they can' afford to treat customers in such a shoddy way.

Maybe it was an expired POS

Overcharging, sticky one, prices on the web are not final and it clearly states that. If you don't like the way they pack it get off your !!!! and go to a supermarket and do it yourself?

It is an offence but I don't think they are doing it now are they otherwise alot more moaners would be on here ;)
    ridiculous substitutions,
The substitutions are funny, I bet these were after you moaned and moaned at them.
    appalling customer service.
Can you do better you armchair pundit? Its customers like you that make CSA's give up trying to help customers.

I'll say it on behalf of the sainsburys staff (No I don't work for sainsburys I used to work for another major supermarket) DO YOU WANT DIRECTIONS?

Customers can't think they can get away with treating staff like poo now can they?

I would possibly take your post more seriously if it weren't for the derogatory comments you recently posted about shop workers. Now you are sticking up for them. Make your mind up!

Oh Gregg Gregg Gregg, I wasn't calling shop workers I was calling the customers, And I've been here longer than a month greggy.

Sainsburys are by far the worst, and M&S the best. I have never queried my bill there. However Brad Pitt was spotted a couple of times in Sainbury's in Beaconsfield when he was in the UK a couple of years ago. He was renting a house nearby....

Think you need to read back through your own posts mate. You made an ignorant comment about shop workers.

Where did I say you had only been here a month? I said I GIVE you a month!

I would respond if I could understand what you are on about!

Maisie11 - you are right, Sainsbury's are the worst by far. Bet Brad wasn't overcharged though!
