to date stapeley not one cca has arrived on equests for 5 accounts what have had is a request fro a sihnature and another postal order followed then by a letter stating they do not have all info on file and have applied for it from hsbc they then state that when a credit agreement is terminated the consumer act ceases to apply so they do not have to provide cca within 12 days.
I doubt they will even turn up at court . Without a CCA it will be thrown out . Have you expenses ready to claim from the court . Have all your letters ready ( two copies ) to show you have followed the correct procedures. Copies should already have beeb sent to the court . Do not be afraid to ask question and if you do not understand anything ask . The JUDGE will not bite ,and will not be best pleased if his time has been wasted by the DCA . good luck

I've not heard that one before, does it mean that its just postponed?

Just put my paranoid head on after asking this- who told you this? Was it the court? If not have you contacted the court for confirmation (if you've had the chance that is)? Could be a ploy to stop you turning up...

Very interesting , I would still go to the court , is it near ? There will be court officials there to help. I would rather be safe than sorry .

Im with shinyhead, if it was not from the court it could be a con.

But assumeing its legit i believe if the judge has enough info to make a judgement on, and he allows them not to be there he could still rule on what he facts he has.

Could also pi$$ him/her of big style

I would still turn up if i where you, depending on the state of play you may be able to exploit this and get it struck out;)

Unless they know they dont have a case anyway, which may be why they are not showing:confused:

Asking to be excused from court , and actually being excused are two different things. I bet they have just sent off the forms and are banking on you backing out . They do not want to be shown up by the Judge , when they walking in with just an empty briefcase and sawdust for brains . good luck
