just wanted to say what a good post that was from wvw to diamond.really good advice.can only add good luck.xx
re the sleep,ladym....i either watch the shopping channels (i dont buy anything, just the drone of the jewellery and stuff!! or read a book.also try lavender oil in a bath and a milky drink and a banana.all have sleep inducing properties.dont think the body can do without sleep for long so am sure you wont be awake much longer......only thing is will you fall asleep when you really want to be awake????:)

Thanks. I'll try that. I've tried reading but it keeps my brain active even when it's a book I'm not particularly interested in because I get interested in it in the end.lol.

The shopping channel thing is a good idea so I'll try that. :)

Haha. Yeah. I was going to try and go to the drop in tomorrow so knowing my luck I'll fall asleep about half an hour before and wake up an hour after when it's over.lol.

    Heylo there. :)

Nope. Not on anything to help me sleep. The doctor won't give me sleeping pills because of my "history". Not drug abuse or anything like that, just when I've been down in the past I've done some stupid things. I have nightmares whenever I do sleep and I have flashbacks too. I can't remember the last time I slept properly. I've never heard of mirtazapine. I was on zopiclone for a week a few years ago but it didn't do anything for me. Didn't send me to sleep or anything. I think I have a high tolerance of medicine.lol.

If you have nightmares and stuff it's probably not a good idea to touch mirtazapine. I always have fantastic dreams where I'm battling zombies and stuff, or I'm at war. It's like being in your own film or a game or something, but if you're susceptible to flashbacks... :)

I'd been on loads of different sleeping pills but none worked. Now one of my antidepressants makes me sleep, so that's a bonus. :)
Yep. Digital camera. I own a Fujifilm Finepix S5700. It's my baby.lol. I love my camera. I love photography a lot but sometimes when I get really down I forget about it because I don't think I'm good at it when in actual fact that shouldn't matter as long as I enjoy it. I would post some of my photos here but I'm not sure how much criticism I would get.lol.

Go for it. :) When I'm down I don't touch my camera. I hardly touch it these days, and that annoys me because I used to love taking photos. I keep telling myself I'll make the effort and go out with the camera, but it takes me all week to build up to going out, and just going down to the corner shop drains me. There are loads of things around the house that you can take photos of though. Everything can be viewed from an interesting perspective.
Yeah, the door always makes me jump and when the postman puts letters through the letterbox too. Heck, the kettle makes me jump. I'm like the character on The Catherine Tate Show. :)

    xx

I try and sleep past the time when the postman comes. There's never anything good in the post anyway.

The photos as promised. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post them but I'm sure a BG will tell me if I'm not. I haven't managed to correct any of them yet e.g. exposure, contrast etc so I may do that later.

Photographed during the January floods when I managed to get out the house. :)

I'm really sorry about the quality of some of them, both photographically and compression wise. I also apologise if they are too large. I tried to resize them via the text box but it doesn't always work. If anyone has any problems please tell me and I'll remove them. :)

Thank you. My project worker said that maybe letting others see me as I am may help me to accept me as I am? Or something alone those lines.

I am sure you are very beautiful. I believe everyone is beautiful in their own way. :)

Although, the money part does sound good. If I suddenly came into a lot of money the first thing I would buy would be an SLR camera.lol.

Howdy all. Well after a brief spell of feeling absolutely fabulous, I'm down again. Self-harming and suicidal thoughts have returned, I'm in binging again. So yeah, thats that.

    :hello: Everyone,

Sorry I wasnt online last night posting merrily away,I was ill whilst at craft class and I walked slowly home, this happened just half an hour before class ended as I felt funny and clammy and really hot,I had thought I had lost my flat keys again and I had dashed around to estate agents to find them to find they were in my bag all along,I had got overheated and worked up.I had a sleep straight away and then later I was sick,I managed to watch Holby City then went to bed straight after,I didnt watch my film Nancy Drew last night,In fact I didnt see it at all as I felt too unwell so its gone back but I can rent it at another time and enjoy it when I am fully well again,I have slept all day virtually but managed to go out at 4pm to the post office to get some money and I feel a bit better,Mum and Dad have been great as they came to see me and they saw I wasnt well so mum brought me some dinner over of Hot Pot and brought me a tin of Rice pudding and I ate that at 3pm so my eating is good :)
relaxing tonight and watching tv,just cancelled lovefilm so I wont get charged on 19th March,I have to check account tomorrow to see if they have got the film returned which I am sure they will :)

Hopefuly going to pottery class tomorrow but If I am still feeling grotty I wont go as its not fair on the other 12 people there and the teacher so seeing how I go tonight and also how I sleep overnight :)

    Great photos Lady Morticia :)

    Have a nice evening everyone
