ahh we are all big kids at heart, i love kids films, shrek and ice age are just my favs

then tere is the things i remember from bein a kid, like bertha, dogtanian, superted, and charlie chalk, what classic, they dont make em like that anymore ...now i sound old :rotfl:

The weird thing is that after all the names he called me I didn't retaliate because I didn't want to hurt his feelings like he hurt mine.

I miss my friend a lot. She was only 7 when she died and I was 9. It was so long ago and we were so young but I have very vivid memories of her and the great friend she was to me, even if we were only children.

I write poetry as an outlet for my emotions a lot of the time. I find it helps me cope just that little bit more.

Don't worry.lol. I'm always juggling a few things.lol.At the moment I am on here, replying to emails from my friend, sorting out my manuscript, on deviantart and all sorts of other wonderful things.lol. Thank goodness I can multi task.

I miss my friend too, its strange how people can go so quickly in more ways than one. but hun long as you remember the good times it will be ok. i know when i lost my nana, i broke inside, but i try and remember the good times, the time i spent with her in hospital helping her be better. just a shame that we loose those we love, but hopefully in time as we go thru life and things , we get more people that we get close to us, and care, and that we let in. and thats a special thing.

if you ever feel like sharring your poetry i would be happy to ear it hun

i write poetry, god knows if it any good tho lol

now thats the thing with me...i cannot multitask, yet somehow im getting there

yes superted was ace, i have it on dvd, oh i got bananaman on dvd too, it is ace:T

do you remember the green tree giant thingy? i think it was called green fingers, oh it was the best, he would put plants in this magical true, and they would come out as something special, i used to love it.

Your gp does speak sense, main thing is that you have came this farr, and you are still here. you may have od , but you are still here, when we are unwell, we find it hard to see thru the dark clouds, and see the positives. yet somehow we survive these. in life it cant all be bad, as you say by probability there has to be good days ahead, which means if you havent had one yet, then ya due one

But I actually had a really really good day today and am feeling really empowered. As I live alone, there's no-one (except the hairy hounds) I can tell so I hope you don't mind if I tell you why.

wow empowered, now that is a strong feeling, i have felt this before, gives such energy to yaself:D

Anyway, the story is that today I was back at work after 6 weeks off and I decided to go an hour early as I was just sitting getting jumpy at home. As I pulled out onto the main road from my street, I saw some people and a dog on the other side of the road and something looked wrong. So being a dog person (Sorry Tiff) and being an advanced level first aider (although not practicing for past 3 months due to illness) I jumped out of the van, grabbed 1st aid kit and went to help. It was a big black labrador who lives further down my street called Elvis. He's only 18 months, built like the incredible hulk and soft as a baby's backside. Oh, and he only speaks Polish! He'd been hit by a car and one of his front legs was in a very bad way. His owner and 2 other neighbours were with him but not really doing anything so I went into automatic mode, told one woman to ring the vet & warn them & told the other to go and get a stick for a splint and blankets. Then I bandaged and splinted the dog's leg, and we carried him down a very steep banking to my van and I took him and his owner to the vet. I ended up getting into work 20 mins late and covered in blood but my boss (bless him!) is a dog lover and was really full of praise. So I sailed through my first day back at work on a mega confidence high and am sitting here wallowing in self-glory and a box of chocs that the owners have just brought me. And Elvis? shaken and sleepy but the leg's going to be ok and the fracture should heal fine. In fact, he will be ok to travel to Poland for Easter at the weekend. And it was only a week or two ago that I thought I was totally useless at everything and that there was no point to my life.

you deserve those chocolates, sooo proud of you, and im glad you realise it yourself
you are brilliant, you are NOT useless, you do have purpose and you are worth it
