    Heya. :)

I find that sometimes sleep makes us even more tired than we were in the first place.lol.

I really want to see The Game Plan so I might buy it when it's released on dvd. :)

What type of guitar do you play? I really want to learn to play acoustic. :)

    xx
hiya, i'm learning to play electric guitar at the mo, practising guns and roses stuf.
been told it easier to learn on electric as the strings arnt as thick which hurt your fingers, also neck slimmer on electric which make it easier to learn,
give it a go, i find it real fun and cheers me up

Just sending my love to you all.
I am sorry that I have not been able to be supportive at all at the moment and I am also sorry to have burdened you all the way I have lately.
I probably won't be around too much at the moment either as I am feeling pretty low right now and I have less than a week to sort myself out before I return to work!
My Fiance's, sister's boyfriend (phew) has kindly bought me a self help book and I will be spending most of my time reading that and doing the exercises in it in the hope that it will be of some use to me. Seeing as the Counsellor failed and the medication almost appears to be a placebo this could be my last hope.
Just because I will not be around very much doesn't mean I don't care for you all, I sincerely do., but as things are worsening again I feel it is time for me to concentrate as much as possible on my recovery right now.
    All my love

Awwww hun,Im sorry your feeling low at the moment. Sending you a huge bear hug. If you ever need to chat, just pm me when ever you want. I know Im not on here all the time, Im never happy and never positive so I feel I never give anything to the group. All I do is moan, so then I back off, cant stand hearing my own voice in my head if that makes sense. I hope that book helps you,it was very kind and caring of her to give you that book. Maybe its time I should do that to, rather than sitting in front of the screen looking at facebook and searching gumtree for a home.

My brothers popping over with my mum, she flys back to cyprus on friday. They always seem to dig me out. Ive always been the blacksheep of the family. Im not in any mood to take any s@@@ from them or anyone.I feel very tired lately,I feel freezing cold to. I wish I had a miracle for us all.

Il pop online later when my brothers gone, coz he moans Im always online-whatever I say in my head!!!

Hugs and love to u all xxxxx

I want it to rain so I can go and just sit out in it and get soaking wet. I'm not sure why. I just want to feel free and exhilarated.

I'm always cold too. I have bad circulation.lol.

I'm in Cambridgeshire. We haven't had strong gales like some of the country thank goodness.

I love the rain anytime but the doctors and psychologists say me wanting to sit out in the rain and get wet is a symptom of my BPD because I don't care about the consequences etc. It's not like I'm going to sit out naked and it's not like I share my garden or it isn't surrounded by a fence.lol.

I have bad circulation at times when its cold,I always put my heating on at night for 10 mins to heat my flat so I am not sitting there shivering while watching tv :)

My hands and feet are the worst for me. They're always cold. My elbows are too. And my nose.lol. It's like an ice cube has been sitting on my nose.lol.

I usually wrap up in my covers with my laptop. :D
