Sounds good. I love Holby City but it clashes with Rock Rivals which they are repeating at 8pm on ITV2 so I may watch that and then watch Holby City on VOD.

I'm going to go and have a bath now but I'll be back later. Have fun.

Awwww poor Grace in HolbyCity!!!!!Ive already cried today, i have no ciggies to smoke and watching Holbys gonna make me cry even more...But come 10pm I will be watching shameless.

I love watching shameless, you either love it or hate it bit like marmite lol, if you havent watched it from the begining properly you wont really get into it, same with Skins.

Aswell as being on here, watching holby(whos the gorgeous doc)checking facebook, then gumtree I feel all dizzy lol. I still havent found a home to rent. Im starting to give up.xxx

Yeah. I'm on the verge or tears. I decided to watch it now instead of Rock Rivals.
I really feel for Connie. I can't even imagine being in her position with an ill baby.

hi everyone,
i am new to this thread. i have had 3 episodes of depression iin the past and had hoped to see the back of it but the old black dog is back. i am sticking to the usual strategies (exercise, eating healthily) but they dont seem to be kicking in. I am feeling pretty isolated. i have small children, no family nearby and a very unsupportive partner. Any ideas? (apart from just running away!!!)

Welcome to the thread.Im very sorry to hear your depression has come back.Im sorry you have no family near by or other not supporting you. I can sympathies with you as its not easy especially when have little ones. I too have no family near by,mum lives abroad and have brother who doesnt understand.im also a single parent which makes me totally lonely and isolated but had no choice. Only thing I could suggest is going to speak to your gp.He/she will help u, if you dont get a positive response from your gp, see another one in the practise.Be proud of yourself, firstly for coming on here and admitting your depression and secondly for coping so well.hugs 2u xx
