Is it sad how chuffed I was when I got it right??





A friend from work has said she will pick me up tomorrow for my first day in so I don't have to walk in alone, and that she will try and take her breaks at the same time as me and stuff. I am so thankful as I am really worried about going back in after all of this time. But I am soooooo scared in case she forgets to pick me up!!
I hardly slept a wink again last night so I am starting to tire easily and suffer headaches now, but I guess this is something I will just have to get used to.
I will just have to try and drink as much coffee as possible to try and stay awake at work!!
I have also made the inside of my mouth bleed and it is dead sore because of all the biting and chewing I do!
Oh why am I so scared?? I used to be able to go to work every day with no problems at all!!!

That in an insult to us all. How dare he/she?Im a deeply offended especially with the laugh and Im disgusted tbh.

I feel absolutebounder is judging us based on our depression. That may just be my BPD talking but I'm quite on edge now. It only takes the smallest thing to panic me.

I've been judged my whole life based on the clothes I wear, my illness etc. Now I'm scared to post here incase some more people come and judge us.

Dont give into the nicotene hun. Get some nicorette inhaler from your gp or smoking clinic.Its nothing like a fag but it helps. I have just eaten a bit of dinner,really want one so im sucking on my inhaler lol

Oh dear, his not going to like me now at all is he lol. Dont worry if he moans about me, its you thats important. He needs to understand how you feel and how your suffering and if it means him coming on here and reading what you have written so be it.So N, please try and understand how difficult it is. She is doing her best to make and keep everyone happy but while under great pressure this is hurting her so be patient and sympathetic.I know you are but now you will hopefully understand more.

I'm neutral tbh. Life is just a bit rubbish. I really need the weather to improve. Hopefully for easter.

only started SH in last few months, so dont claim to understand it, except i know it releases a lot of tension, i have drunk excessively in past been smoking in past and at the mo i seem to SH to feel calm, dunno why its so effective, and it scares me, cos its leaving scars on me, and i dont have a lot of confidence about my looks as it is.

dawnylou, i will be thinking of you tomorrow. It must be so nerve racking going back to work after having time off. Its only natural to feel the way you do about returning to work. Im sure you friend wont forget you, if she has a mobile, just a give her a txt reminding her.hugs xxx

If the depression support thread on MSE is to continue it must be remembered that not all posters on this thread will always be able to express their feelings in a nice, sociable way.

If you find the posts of any particular member difficult to deal with then the ignore facility is available. Just as one person may not be in a place where they can post 'nicely', another may not be in a place where they are able to read said posts.

Ive just got back from shop and got a packet of fags,hmm I needed it as I had a row with spermdonor.Feel like im buzzing a bit and made me feel dizzy but i dont care. It will be my last packet of fags. Im watching dancing on ice at the mo,sad i know but makes me happy lol but if suzzane shaw wins i will not be happy.

Gillette, I wish the sun will come out soon, that lifts me up although being stuck indoors and not getting no sun makes me more misrable.

I doubt I will get any eggs, they dont taste as good as they use to.I hope u get some nice ones to and the weather impoves. xx
