IM FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!

I just got this e-mail after 3 e-mails from myself to them!

    Thanks for your mail.

Apologies if the offers were not clear.
For Hotel Chocolat, joining their Chocolate club does entail a purchase of a product. We also had information on T mobile in the Money Matters terms and conditions section, available on the website.

None of our offers are put on the site wit the intention to mislead so again apologies for any disappointment caused.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to let us know.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel

    So i sent them......................
    "Hello
It says SIGN UP, not BUY, which is what i did. I have recieved e-mails CONSTANTLY for the past 6-8 weeks from hotel chocolat. It is not my fault that you had NO T&C on show when you placed this on pigsback. i am so fed up now with the constant chasing that I and everyone alse has to do to get points. You have put in the e-mail below "None of our offers are put on the site wit the intention to mislead so again apologies for any disappointment caused" I am VERY dissapointed with pigsback, i would like the points from hotel chocolat as PROMISED when i signed up."

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH, im so fed up with pigsback!!!
They have been caught out and dont want to pay out!. Above they used an excuse to mousie 2007 about not going through Pigsback to sign up, now they are using the excuse of having to buy something!!!! I even have the screenshot i posted on the previous page, and now they have changed it to this one.........

I thought Rachel had left - did anyone take a screen shot of the actual page with the non existent T&C's.

I dont think I did but I shall double check.

Do you think they have upped the cost of the £10.00 vouchers because they need to recoup some money from the Bingorooms blunder ???

Makes you wonder doesn't it !

pigsback seem to be doing everything it can to ruin peoples enjoyment of a site. I am missing over 500 points for signing upto newsletters, getting catalouges. member support do not know or do not care about what is advertised on their site or what offers are available. i have been told that there is no mention of me doing anything for points on the site, also 2 confirmation emails i sent to them was rejected on the ecuse they are not confirmation emails even though it clearly states at top of the page that it is and also has an order number. if these are not confirmation emails then what the hell are. i am seeing pigsback as a con and do not care less about it's members. i have only got 2.75 in my account for 2 months membership, what a waste of time.

Please accept our apologies if the offer wasn't clear. The offer did explain
that you could register for free and this would entitle you to £5 free from
Bingorooms. We did also advise that a full list of terms and conditions was
    available from Bingorooms.

In order for us to issue you with PiggyPoints you must deposit the minimum of
$25 or equivalent and we can update your PiggyBank within 6 weeks.
To summarise, registering for free via our offer entitles you to £5 free deposit
from Bingorooms. Continuing to deposit then means you get 500 PiggyPoints from
    us.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to let us know.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel

I have £30.87 and was about to get 3 John Lewis vouchers until I saw that they had gone up.
I then, not half an hour ago, had a look to see what £10 vouchers were actually £10. I decided I may go for 3 Halfords vouchers.
Whilst I was making my mind up they put these vouchers up as well.
Seems all the £10 vouchers are now £11.50
It will take me months to get the extra 363 points.

Just worked it out on past clickthroughs - It will take me until 19th August to get enough points to order the vouchers I could have had today.

Make sure everyone takes out gifts as soon as they can.

We have been saying this for weeks, I am surprised anyone still has more the 1000 in pigsback.

    Easy.

Look for the Print/Scrn key on keyboard top right by F12.

Press it once, open up Paint and select paste.

Thats all there is to it.

I don't think so, from the looks of it we aren't getting any points from it.

I am getting really fed up with pigsback now, I always used to get cross at people who said that, and I used to think stop complaining you are getting it for free but I think they are really being unfair now.

I have not been credited loads of points for things like Asda, Tesco, Avon. I am never going to buy anything through them again I think they are keeping more profit for themselves than they are making out. How do we know the companies aren't paying them and then they are keeping the profit for themselves? Also putting up the price of the vouchers to cover postage etc, what a load of rubbish it would cost about 40p for postage and packaging.
I have always been loyal to pigsback but I'll just use the site once a week for the c.t's now.
    I am very disappointed.
There are many other cashback sites out there that do pay and don't rip you off so I'll just buy my things through there from now on, I only used to buy things through pigsback to give them my loyalty but no way do they deserve it now:mad::mad::mad:

    Rant over, thank you!
