There are three members of Pigsback in our house and we have been members from the start. We lost interest when the 'click throughs' and the extra daily points fell away but that was not before gaining numerous Boots vouchers which were 1150 points for a £10 at that time. Sadly my son even lost a number of his points as he had not logged on in ages:eek: .
We now only log on occasionally and do the quizzes etc. we have been using the PTS thread as there is less chat and easier to go through the comps. etc.
Today my son was overjoyed to see that he had won one of the daily points prizes yesterday. This more than makes up for the points lost.
So even although things are not as good as they used to be and lets face it what is? For a few minutes clicking when peeps like :T Jules:T do most of the grafting, this win has lifted our spirits and has encouraged my family to continue. After all it is something for nothing but a little of our time.
Thanks again Jules for your time and effort.:j0 -
Can anyone tell me how I can delete the cookies for pigsback without deleting all my cookies?
This is what I do on IE7
Tools > Internet Options >
Where it says Browsing History click on Delete
This will now say as a heading Delete Browsing History
Where it says Temporary Internet Files click on Delete Files
This will now delete your files but not your cookies.
When you have done this click on Close at the bottom of the page.
This will now take you back to Internet Options.
Where it says Browsing History click on Settings.
This takes you to Temporary Internet Files and History Settings.
Click on View Files.
Now you will see all your cookies so delete the ones you don't need individually.
When you've finished, close the window and click OK on the Temporary Internet Files and History Settings and you have finished.0 -
Perhaps the question can be added to the FAQ, like Can the vouchers be used online as well as instore?
?
Glad you asked this because I always wondered what other companies have vouchers that you can use online (generally too, not just the ones rewarded from Pigsback.) Again, all I know about is John Lewis, anyone know of any others?
Also, I was expecting some piggypoints after shopping online through Pigsback, and I haven't received them yet. Has anyone contacted Pigsback and managed to get their points - with no proof apart from the order number with the company - I didn't do a screen shot.0 -
Interesting that when I mentioned I might go to Quidco, they suddenly became interested again!!!
Hi Alex,
Apologies for all the inconvenience this has caused and I am sorry to hear you are considering using a different cash back.
Please bear with me while I double check this with our technical team, once I receive a response I will get back to you with an update.
Kind Regards,
Lynn
Maybe I will get my Hotel Chocolat points after all.... I shan't hold my breath though.0 -

I have received an email this afternoon from member support regarding my points. It go's like this, HI Andrew
In light of the fact that our partners have not received the bookings you are claiming for,we have credited no piggy points.
however to follow up,for our records we do require the date and to and from address. This simply involves you forwarding the full confirmation email. subject to certain checks we will then credit piggy points manually, incurring the cost ourselves. if we are to do this we need proof of the transactions.
kind regards
Rachel
what an insult, this is proof to me that pigsback and it's partners are ripping customers off,all points were supposed to be added automatically after the time stipulated on each advertised site. also this smacks of false advertising on behalf of pigsback and its partners. I do not see where they get the idea i have bookings when i have not booked any holiday with advertised partners and after this i would not trust them to come through. I am going to email members support again because they do not know what they are talking about. also there could be a breach of the advertising standards rules ie:false advertiments on pigs back.com

What points are you missing? By the looks of it they are saying you did not send the whole confirmation email to them...2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -

I have a screen shot in paint, but don't know how to post it on here. It was to get 300 piggypoints not 500 though.
If you let me know how to post it on here, I am quite happy to do that.May - £251.63/£155, June - £108.69/£150, July - £157.45/£155, Aug - £104.28/£155
Sept - £110.80/£150, Make £5 a day in Oct challenge = £50.50/£1550
