I am missing 100 points for plum prizes, 100points for visit london newsletter,200 points for a total of 4 catalouges at 50points each, another 100points total for 2 other catalouges. also the two emails i sent to member support contained to and from email address, date and time and confirmation of order number. Can not resend these emails are not on my computer anymore. I have sent an email to member support stating the fact that points were supposed to be added to account automatically after the relevant time period. also told them that in light of this pigsback and partners have breached their own terms and conditions. also there could be a breach of advertising standards by stating something and not supplying. I should not have to keep sending emails of confirmation when pigsback can not be bothered to monitor its own site and rely on people to do their job for them.

Hi Tinkerbel, I have also e-mailed them today, a £1.50 charge is OK if they send them out via Recorded Delivery, but I went to order £50 John Lewis vouchers today only to be charged £7.50 for the priviledge of getting them, a charge per order I think would be alot fairer, have you ever heard of £7.50 to send 5 vouchers in the same envelope with a 1st class stamp on it!!! Im getting very fed up with chasing them all the time aswell for missing points :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Gonna email them too before ordering vouchers! not fair, should be per order! Maybe if we bombard them it could change........are we that lucky, who knows, worth a try!

I have a screen shot in paint, but don't know how to post it on here. It was to get 300 piggypoints not 500 though.

If you let me know how to post it on here, I am quite happy to do that.

if the £1.50 postage charge can guarantee that you get your vouchers and they don't get lost then I think this is fair, if not then by putting a first class stamp on them should be sufficient and members should just be charged the price accordingly. I think this will make alot of members leave and as of late you can't really blame them, pigsback should really consider their members instead of assuming they will stay, the one question they should ask themselves is what makes the average customer want to shop with us, how can we improve to do this? - when they work it out then the average customer may shop through their site until then I cannot see it happening., this is just my opinion, not given to cause any debated flaming. :)

I am going to Email them and ask if that will now be recorded delivery as £1.50 is a lot for a first class stamp.

    Hi :hello:
What are the chances of getting pigsback to move on anything going by the problems on here! I was wondering what would happen if you hit the close account button? Do you think it would just wipe off my points
I wonder why the handling charge hasnt been put on the items with 'pigsback' all over them!!!

    Why?????????

Most vouchers put up to 1150 now for £10 voucher:eek:

I must post now to thank the lovely Lynn from Pigsback after all my raving the past few days she has credited my missing 3000 points form A&L :T :T :T :T

I have emailed to thank her and point out the problem with ordering multiple vouchers:o I don't mind paying £1.50 per order but £7.50 for 5 vouchers is a bit of a joke;)
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:

If you think about it if they charge 150 per send then they will keep the money longer, but if its 150 X amount of vouchers there will be no point in leaving it there.

You should take it out as soon as you can anyway but that may make it a better option for some to leave it there a while.
