:mad: Has anyone else had a similar reply - I'm positve there wasn't any mention of having to make a deposit in order to get the points. And can someone confirm that you can't actually withdraw any money from the site in the UK - it's ridiculous, expecting us to deposit our money with no chance of getting any back. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Does anyone have a screenshot of the offer I could use, please? (I didn't take one at the time - I wan't as cynical then).

Probably withdrawn it so we can't show them the evidence .

I took up the bingorooms offer and nowhere did it state you had to deposit any money at all.
I better get them, i want to get to £50 in piggypoints before i cash them and i only have about £2 odd to go and wont do it in 6 weeks (when i need them) with just ct's.

Ok, so now I'm really cross. I've now had a reply saying they've double checked and they have no record of me signing up to Hotel Chocolat via PB. I know that I did but I can't prove it. Does anyone know if I can prove that I clicked through from the PB site? :mad:

I too am seriously fed up with PB. I seem to have to chase all my points nowadays and now it seems I have no guarantee that I'm going to get them. My mother was right you don't get something for nothing.....

I am so cross, what a day no points, no CTs and a puncture on my bicycle! :mad:

I have £30.87 and was about to get 3 John Lewis vouchers until I saw that they had gone up.
I then, not half an hour ago, had a look to see what £10 vouchers were actually £10. I decided I may go for 3 Halfords vouchers.
Whilst I was making my mind up they put these vouchers up as well.
Seems all the £10 vouchers are now £11.50
It will take me months to get the extra 363 points.

Just worked it out on past clickthroughs - It will take me until 19th August to get enough points to order the vouchers I could have had today.

I am also very cheesed off to put it polityley. it is looking more like pigsback do not monitor what you do on the site, i signed upto plum prizes over a month ago 100 points not given, signed upto visit london 100points not given, over 5 catalouges 50 points each not given. Tell the truth to get points like some people say they have must take years to get or they tell lies. i contacted member support about this and yes they said they have no record of me doing anything,i even sent them two confirmation emails and was told they are not confirmation emails, if so then what bloody planet does pigsback.com staff come from,can not be from earth. Never came across a site that was so totally useless until now. I am going to leave it for now,and just keep entering the competitions and click throughs to try get points it must be easier.:mad:

For Hotel Chocolat, joining their Chocolate club does entail a purchase of a product. We also had information on T mobile in the Money Matters terms and conditions section, available on the website.

None of our offers are put on the site wit the intention to mislead so again apologies for any disappointment caused.

It says SIGN UP, not BUY, which is what i did. I have recieved e-mails CONSTANTLY for the past 6-8 weeks from hotel chocolat. It is not my fault that you had NO T&C on show when you placed this on pigsback. i am so fed up now with the constant chasing that I and everyone alse has to do to get points. They have been caught out and dont want to pay out!. Above they used an excuse to mousie 2007 about not going through Pigsback to sign up, now they are using the excuse of having to buy something!!!! I even have the screenshot i posted on the previous page, and now they have changed it to this one.........

I'm trying to remember when I signed up - I only seem to have two emails from them but none of them are a confirmation email.
