I agree with alfiesmum. What alot of us do is the free bits. Even if we only get small amounts, it is free, how can we complain.
I've not done badly out of pigsback. I have won the crossword competition twice since it supposedly stopped (4 vouchers) and managed to save up for a voucher. I am also half way to saving up for the next voucher and have not spent anything through pigsback.
I can understand the genuine claim of things not tracking, but why not just use it for the freebies, even if you only get one voucher a year its better than nothing and you never know you might win a competition too.May - £251.63/£155, June - £108.69/£150, July - £157.45/£155, Aug - £104.28/£155
Sept - £110.80/£150, Make £5 a day in Oct challenge = £50.50/£1550 -
Just ordered my first voucher, went for the £10 off Bella Italia. Wanted the M&S but of course out of stock.
Took about 4 weeks to get my first voucher but it seems it may take much longer next time.
Thanks allProud to be dealing with my debts0 -

I ordered an M&S voucher two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Is that normal? Also, is there a place on the Pigsback site where I can see which vouchers I've ordered and if they've been dispatched (just so I can be sure they actually registered my order rather than just taking my points and losing the order in the system somehow).
I ordered an M&S voucher on 14th March. Waited until monday then e-mailed pigsback. Just recieved this reply from them.
Hi Louise,
Thanks for your email. M&S voucher were more popular than we'd anticipated and we ran out! We should get our batch of vouchers in by next week and then will get all the backlog dispatched on the same day we receive them. Thanks for your patience.
Kind Regards,
Anita

Thats Unfortunate DS with the insurance, but make sure you raise a ticket with Quidco at least they seem to put some effort into Customer Service and follow up;) My TSB home insurance tracked the next day in December and paid in February, and they where one of the cheapest quotes I had making the £120 cashback a sweeter bonus.
Any previous tickets I have had to raise with Quidco have always been resolved unlike a lot of issues I am currently having with Pigshite Oooops Pigsback I mean;)I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0 -
