Got my 2000 points for Holiday Inn Express booking - sent them a photocopy of the bill and a printout of my booking confirmation.

Made another 3 bookings for business trips next week, wonder if they'll all track?

ive never had any problems with the express tracking as long as you go through pigsback and not the express site direct ive never had any problems..

this is pigsback since when have they told us about anything in advance.. the points thing was how it was at the start for years then about a year ago they brought it down and to be honest ive been waiting for them to go back up but didnt think they would take this long and yes they could have given us a weeks notice but then they would have lost out that way as we would all cash in our points well those of us who have any to cash in hee hee

this again is one of the reasons you should never hang onto points you should cash them in as soon as you enough for a voucher..

Completely agree with you!I always cash in as SOON as I have enough.

I really can't complain about pigsback though. It's for FREE!! And sometimes the same peeps who are proud to have creamed it in off, say, uswitch loopholes, come onto the forum a few months later and throw their toys out of the pram because they can't get some other points instead. If it works - great. If it doesn't - So? I'm not talking about genuine transactions here, just the freebies. Don't winge. Be positive and good things come to you all the time!!!

I ordered an M&S voucher two weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Is that normal? Also, is there a place on the Pigsback site where I can see which vouchers I've ordered and if they've been dispatched (just so I can be sure they actually registered my order rather than just taking my points and losing the order in the system somehow).

Click on 'my account' at the top of the pigsback homepage and then 'my piggybank' at the left of the next page. All orders are tracked there. Doesn't tell you when or if it's been dispatched though, just if it has been ordered, and if so, when.
