I wanna be mortgage free!

Doh! Tried ringing for more infor after sitting with my pad on my lap for the last hour trying to come up with questions but there is nobody in. Can anyone think of any questions it would be worthwhile asking. I'm defo going to ask about flexibility with regard to the start date - they'll understand about teacher resignation deadlines.
So I'll just explain I need to know so I'm fully equipped with info for when I see my head - don't want to leave on bad terms given that I'd be working in the same LEA and possibly at the school in future! Also, if I don't get it I don't what head making my life hell.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Hi Twinklie
I'd check with them whether the route is designed for people who already have teaching experience - from the start date, it sounds like they may be (wrongly?) assuming it's for non-teachers. I'd try and phrase it so that you're already explaining what you feel you'd have to offer (e.g. invaluable experience of building rapport with students on a day-to-day basis) - it's never too early to show how good you'd be!Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0 -
Well thats the odd thing...teaching qualification and experience is desirable. Seems odd that it's being advertised now then. I can't get through when I call but I've managed to locate an email address so I've emailed them.
Filled out the application - just need to do the personal statement part. Kinda wanting a response from them first! But if I don't hear anything by next week (I'll keep trying) write it and then chat to my HOD when I get back to school!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

OMG...was thinking I'd done so well getting rid of uni work. Now I have to do all my school prep as well as finding out about this job! Argh!!
Why not do a couple of quickish jobs so you can cross them off your list? It might spur you on to do some of the school ones. Do they all need to be done before you start the term? Can you do one a day?
Anyway, I should be doing my own workso I will mind my own business and get back to it.

Ha ha ha...don't worry I won't do it all at once...I'm not mad. But getting up at 7.30am to make a full day of it. I'll get no rest next week anyway because of builders...so I'm sure the list will start looking better in a couple of days.
I'm not planning loads and loads for each class...just the starting points really and some resources. The year 7 and 8 I'll leave till I get to school...I'm not sure who I've got in those classes yet.
The DIY bits I'm obviously not doing on my own. DH will be the lead person in all of that and I'll be doing the fetching and carrying...yawn.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
