it used to be available in a rectangular vacuum sealed pack about the size of one of those little orange tins of the ordinary dried stuff

last time I saw it, my local Co-op were selling it off half price, so it may have been discontinued

I'm sure someoone will be along soon who has more information, or who might have seen it more recently

I bought a vacuum pack from morrisons-have put it in a lockable plastic box

When I made pizza last week I put it on top of the kitchen cupboard prove as I had the oven on preheating covered with a teatowel. You could put it anywhere warm today I made D&DD's apple braid and that was put to prove on the hob as the oven was preheating and the hob wasn't being used. HTH

We have a Combi microwave and set it to 40C and leave it in there.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

dough will rise even in a cold place, it just takes a bit longer, you can even leave it in the fridge & it'll still rise eventually

there was a thread about cold rising recently, I'll see if I can find it & post a link

    EDIT ... HERE'S the link, HTH :)

    I dont understand

I just left it sat there in the bread pan with the lid down and the residual heat made it rise. I left it for about forty mins and then made the pizza shape. Left it another ten mins then banged on everything and in the oven it went.

We had it last night and it turned out fab, I'm just writing about it on my blog because its such a cheap filling meal.

I dont understand why you have to take it out of the panny?

I just thought you had too as it says shape into a 10in circle and leave to prove in a warm place but thanks for the tip, will try that next time.

Pizza dough only needs the one rise that the BM does for you.
