    Wow Jo. Well done. :T
Is this the longest you have done for a while?
Glad you are feeling COOL about it this time.....Could this be IT at last lol.

    Hope it is for me!!!!

Day 19 today, feel a bit fitter but am on an eating mission at the moment:rolleyes: which is not good as have gone back up over Target weight by a couple of pounds and have had to pay at Slimming World, so not very MSE.

I thought I would loose a bit more weight as I am not drinking now but keep craving sugar/chocolate.Any ideas would be appreciated please.

    See you all later.Love Mollypollyxxxx

Sorry to hear your news shopaholic.

Went well yesterday at acupuncture - I also have some very tiny magnets stuck to acupuncture points on my ears  to help with the craving, stress and detox etc. People I was speaking to and research in the internet suggest they really work. I have to say that I had absolutely no craving whatsoever last night and felt very very relaxed. First time in ages!

The news from the tests was all good. No liver damage and all blood stuff was OK though the hospital lost one of the samples for the FBC's - (full blood count)? so I had to give another armfull for a retest. The Doc and clinical nurse said that as the rest of the results were so good, there was little chance with anything being wrong with the FBC test anyway. But best to be sure. I just think they wanted to stick another needle in me for a laugh :D

I have my first counseling session on Monday so that should be interesting.

Well its a good day for me - birds cheeping, suns out and all that malarkey! - 4 weeks and 1 day wahoooooo !!!!! I didn't even fancy a fizzy water last night so something must be happening ??

Jo you won't booger it up .... hang on in there. Day 5 - :T:T

    Mollypolly :T:T:T:T Keep it up!

We will all get there in the end .

Hi all, sorry I've not posted for a while. Drank quite alot over the weekend, but nowhere near as much as I used to & whilst getting quite merry on Monday,I knew when to stop. Went out with OH for a bite to eat at the Wetherspoons in town & used some vouchers that arrived through the post a while back & then had one or two in the local pubs nearby. It did us good to be honest as it is the first time that we've been out alone this year! Had a couple of cans & a few bottles left over from the weekend & both finished those off last night whilst watching the footy. OH at work all week now on nights & there's no alcohol in the house til we go shopping on Friday,so it will be nice to have a break from it! Hope you are ok shopaholic. Hope everyone else is doing ok.
Well I had no beer Wednesday night & was sitting happily watching T.V. last night with a cuppa when my Mum & Dad popped around! My Dad asked me to nip across to the shop & get him 8 cans for £6,so ended up having a can with him. They left & he left me another 4 cans & took 2 himself! Had one more can so there's 3 left for tonight. On the + side it means I won't have to get any from Supermarket til tomorrow so won't be spending any money today & we're out for most of the day & evening tomorrow as we're going to DD's dance show,so won't have a drink til about 9pm! Hope everyone else is well. All the best!!
