Just popping in to say hi!!
Didn't quite manage to abstain last night but only had 1 glass with my meal (was all free, so would have normally made the most of!!) which I made last the whole time as well as copious amounts of water (made me feel less guilty!!) So on the whole feel good about it as usually its at least a bottle for me! No headache this morning and no intention of going out or to the shops this week:D

Hi all, I joined at the start but immediately fell off the wagon, then I stumbled about in the desert, got caught by Injuns...but tracked you down & have jumped back on! like a lot of you folk, I come home from work and "crave" a glass of red wine, then before I know it I've drank the bottle. I don't have the money to keep buying bottles, I want to lose weight and I'm scared I'll become alcohol dependent - my mum drank a lot (white wine) and I don't want to be like that. I'm fed up feeling groggy and tired and headachy in the morning, so I'm going to stop drinking altogether. This is Day 2 for me, I don't think I've ever got past Day 3 so wish me luck.0
