was doing really well then fancied a drink and text oh and he did too so had kfc and wine, oh gone to bed now but i am still here !!0 -
Thanks MolyPolly!
I'll have a look next time I'm out - the way forward could be to have a few proper beers at the start of the night, our nights out usually turn into mad ones so after a few drinks when the beer goggles are on in dark pubs I doubt whether anyone would bat an eyelid if I made the switch- easier said than done though on a Sat night when will power isnt at its strongest!
I do enjoy a beer particularly after a hard week at work - I just want to cut down on the amount
Anyway, time for bed now, speak soon!0 -
Oh dear Shoppy.
Never mind.Its just a blip.
Maybe you just need to take yourself off to bed to OH;)
You are obviously not too drunk if you are posting on here.
Think of all the AF days you have had recently.
Put today behind you.Its almost tomorrow.Start of a nice new day.:D

Keep your chin up
Love Mollypollyxxxx:happylove :happylove

Hi All
Shoppy you are doing so well...as they say, as long as you learn from it no harms done...try and spot the triggers (as Bismark would say!)..and don't beat yourself up about having a blip...the world won't stop....and you don't need to feel upset or angry with yourself...you've had a brilliant few weeks...well done, you should be proud of yourself not disappointed.Rather than think about the drinks you have had, think about all the ones you could of had recently but didn't!!!!
I'm having a bad night too (oh god is that the time:eek: ) with no drink-still can't crack the getting to sleep without a glass or two- its driving me nuts- getting no sleep makes me feel as bad as when I was permanently hungover!
Molly you are an inspiration- thankyou so much.
Hope everyone else has had a good night- catch you later0 -
fieldofdreams wrote: »Becks No Alcohol?? Ive not seen that on sale anywhere, I have to say that becks and budweiser are the main culprits when I hit the town
Is the no alcohol part clearly labelled? I'm just thinking it could be a cunning plan ( as baldrick would say ) when out so that one would appear to be drinking a beer without actually consuming any alcohol!
The Becks non alcohol is quite widely available now, it's not just the disgusting Kaliber that we have to endure like days of the past
Stella and Cobra have just started selling a non-alch range too.....the cobra is not nice in my opinion but the Stella is not too bad. Just as all the non-alch range, best to get them really cold first
Shoppy, how you feeling this morning
Morning to every one else :wave:DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
Morning all
Has anyone tried Bitberger 0%. I think its the best one of the lot, but is very bitter ..... which I like
Having said that - failing miserably this week having had two bottles every night so far (of the 5% variety).
Have a good day everyone

I am at work, sitting at my desk feeling very very sorry for myself!! I have the hangover from hell and so annoyed with myself for drinking
I wasted a tenner, ate loads of rubbish and now I feel like cr*p what is the point of it
I was supposed to be quitting completely and now seems I am only cutting down, still I spose it is still an achievement, however minor
Thanks for your support everyone (Molly I was very drunk - god knows how I managed to type so well!!)0
