    Afternoon - just managed to catch up on all the posts from last night onwards, it is so busy on here these days! I had a rubbish nights sleep thanks to my nocturnal cats but feeling surprisingly bright eyed and bushy tailed after my wine last night :rolleyes: I have been mulling it over this morning and I have still managed 4 alcohol free days out of seven which is a marked improvement from the one (or none) that I usually do so I am going to remain positive and try for 6 days again this week - wish me luck :D

    Hope everyone is ok today - Jo you have been ominously quiet for last couple of days??
