    Wow, iv missed loads, will have to catch up next week after my exam folksies. But now Ive found you I feel I need to pop on every so often and have a catch up.

    Needless to say I am thinking of you all on your personal missions. I know you can do it. Im celebrating my month off fags (not even a puff, I love that saying) today with a cup of tea and (few) ginger biscuit(s) yum
