Why not see a different one then?

If you don't see you own GP, unless its an emergency as such, they just tell you to 'keep taking the tablets' :o and come back and see you own GP in a couple of weeks.

I will ring up again tomorrow and see if I can get to see the main man.

I was going to say this too. There have been times when Ive been asked if I need an emergency appointment by the receptionist and you could tell by her voice that she didn't think I did need one. I would then say yes because I never go to the doctors unless I have to. Its your right to see a doctor today, Simon, if you need to and don't feel guilty about insisting. Tell the receptionist that its something you are very worried about (its none of her business what your problem is) and can't wait.

Welcome to this thread by the way!

 Just read the bottle and its true.I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I have just popped to Tescos on the way home. They had 'Bitburger' on offer and it is definitely 0% totally alcohol free.
I have just tried it, (after a pint of fizzy water ;)) and I like it, though its room temp and not out of the fridge. It's very bitter - which is what I like. Bit of a funny taste (but very acceptable) but expect it to be better once chilled.

Mr T has all the AF % LA beers on offer at the moment in our local one.

It does what is says on the tin :D ..... or the bottle in this case :D.

    Have a great evening ....

Watch out for those injun's the sneaky little **#@*#* !!!

They scalp you when you let your guard down :o.

The slippery slope doesn't need much encouragement, I'm afraid....where do you draw the line? 0.4%? 1%? 2%?

If it's less than 1% then legaly it's alchohol free. That's why shandy can be sold to kids. Even ripe fruit has alcohol in it.

There have been instances of people being hooked on mouthwash because of its contents!

Mouthwash is very poisonous because of the floride. However you're right - some people will stop at nothing.

    Evening all :)

Been to the docs this evening to get some Thiamin and Vit B as the counsellor advised, apparently it helps the consumption of iron whilst drinking alcohol as alcohol stops the iron getting in which causes the lethargy and pale looking skin.

I shall be back later when the garlic chicken's ready :D

    How are we all?

Simon, how's you? Did you get an appt with the doc?

    xx
