    Well done TNG :D

Well, I've had to drink since Thursday and to be honest I don't even want to, isn't it funny how when your thinking changes about something it doesn't seem so appealing?

Well done Jo.Just keep doing what you have got to do.Maybe this is the process that will help you get where you want to be.
    Keep posting.

BHB. I think you may have been to day 58 once already:rolleyes: .
After seeing you fall off the wagon a bit, it has made me realise that I have got to be really careful myself....not be complacent.

Molly, I wanted to say this to you and a couple of other posters the other day, but after me getting on my soapbox at BHB then deleting it :o I thought I'd keep my mouth shut. It obviously depends on your drinking patterns to begin with but when I quit for 4 months I really thought I was now over it, how wrong was I.....

It can creep up on you when you least expect it, in fact it's worse the longer you're dry cos you don't get the cravings as often anymore so are not used to dealing with it. Suddenly one will come along out of the blue and you won't know what to do

Don't want to frighten anyone, just wanna say, keep on your toes :)

I have been drinking Becks 0% this weekend and was wondering if this would give me back my taste for alcohol.I dont think it has but I really enjoyed sitting in the garden with a 'beer'.

BHB's thought of the day: -

“Alcohol removes inhibitions - like that scared little mouse who got drunk and shook his whiskers and shouted: "Now bring on that damn cat!"”
