Anyway- got called back about the external job and had an interview yesterday- GOT THE JOB !! Negotiated to leave here on Friday and get my redundancy money too- so no more car loan- officially debt free now !! (apart from mortgage of course)
So anyway life is good- drinking under control and have a new job !! going to take a couple of weeks off too in the sun.

Not much to tell here - still rolling along on that wagon.
Did have the sudden urge for a cold glass of white yesterday (didn't give in obviously) but OK today. Generally feeling very very much better, though the anti-depressants the GP gave me to calm me down a bit are making me a bit sleepy! Am going back Friday so hopefully can get a lower dose or jack those in as well.

Anyway - have a great day all. Keep up the good work and keep trying hard.

Day 5 for me...reaalllyy wanted a glass of cold white wine with my dinner last night, but went for a walk after it and was ok, I knew that if I had drank I'd just finish the bottle (Which I would have had to go buy with no money!)

Don't they say things come in three's.. I've just sold my house!! I had actually taken it off the market last week due to a silly offer but the people have just come back and offered more- and I've accepted !!
Can't cope with all this..............
Going to have a small G + T in the garden to calm down.... all this change !!

Well Monday ended up with an unplanned gathering with friends, alchohol ,food and more booze etc so spent yesterday trying to recover!! Definatly back to day 1 again for me, glad the house is alcohol free again!!
