Hi guys, am feeling ok, the temptation to have a glass of wine at night is strong, but I know it's just habit. I need to find other things to occupy me - so have joined a book club & tonight am going line dancing, lol! Have also applied for a wee cleaning job at nights, which should keep me busy as well as generating some money. Anyway, no drinking wine for me today!

I've not been able to access the internet at work and DD1 needed the laptop for her GCSE work so not been able to log on there either :mad:

Still on day 1, but I'm ok. Going out up town tonight so may drive to the station which means I can't drink and will be back late so straight to bed!
