lol - 1982 - I was 4!!!
Went out last night - only had 2 drinks and feel sooooo proud of myself - no hangover, no regrets, no mysterious bruises, no paranoia!! Did have to do some affirmations (have been doing self-help books lol!!) to actually get out the house in going out clothes without a drink for confidence, but I did it!
Hope everyone is well - not nice weather up here in Poulton.CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Hi, all Hope my spell of bad luck has ended now. My DS3(3yrs), was wandered off out of the garden friday night, onto the main road, which he crossed into the car park:eek:  . The helpful lady in the Diving shop next door rang the police, then brought him back:o So we all now on police file. He wanted to go on his holidays on his own on the train:eek: He was wearing his PJ'S jacket and shoes. I felt like a really unfit mother and was convinced that woman was telling the whole town. Needless to say caved in and had the bottle of wine. Had a few beers last night:o . Starting again now. Running Race for Life in few weeks, so hopefully can stay off the booze. Also going away for few days with the kids at end of month, with friends who don't drink. Hence the happy wanderers exuberance I guess.:rotfl: Anyway take care, hope you all have a good week xx:DGrocery challenge june £300/ £211-50.

I've managed to have a crap weekend on the not drinking frontJust been one thing after another and my willpower is crap. Going to start again tomorrow and try and stick to not drinking in the week and then see what next weekend brings but try for more moderation than I seem to have been able to find so far:rotfl:
Hope everyone else is OK and enjoying the bank holiday

Jo - Writtle nr Chemsford - a bit cloudy but quite nice really.
CP - the little one is safe and sound thats the main thing. Could happen to anyone. When I was 7, I got off the tube in london and my parents didn't make it as far as the door on the train before the train went off  . These things happen.
Sea - well done for being in control.
SM - Tomorrow is a new day
ISOM - Hot bath - works wonders.
Everyone - enjoy whats left of the evening and have a great day tomorrow.
