:rotfl: you do make me laugh, thanks :)

I have taken many mulligans in my time, but only on the golf course, many many mulligans in fact :o

Actually, I think I could do with going over there today and blowing the cobwebs away!

Sounds a top plan that. I am off now as DD's have Horse riding lessons and then have to go and sort their Pony out.

Have a good day everyone :D

Morning all & a special hug for jo! Lol reading your post as I am also sitting here feeling hung over & hackedoff having consumed the whole bottle of wine! Feel gross...head about to split, mouth like a gorillas armpit & feel generally crappy...Double chin has returned and I am mightily p**** off as this will almost certainly be a wasted day because I feel rubbish! Even worse the sun is shining so its great allotment weather but that will now be wasted no doubt...ahhhh! Strategies needed for the "I deserve a drink" feelings me thinks. Despite knowing it makes me feel rubbish I still do it! Mad....
Great that you got a delay BHB! Lol re the judgement!
Just do whatever you need to jo - I would just take it as a blip & maybe not focus on adding days up but go a day at a time? Less far to fall if you do have a blip? Just learn from it & move on!
    Congrstulations on posts YM!!
Hello others - hugs for you all & hope you all have a good day...

Morning ISOM, hope you feel better sooner rather than later! The Ibuprofen is starting to kick in so I might actually move off this chair now!

I think I will say I'm on day 12 today, sorry if anyone's not happy about that and thinks I'm cheating! But I like to count the days cos then I can focus on how far I've come when a craving kicks in.

AB, I already feel I have quite a mountain to climb tonight, I've tried to be quite relaxed about it all but I'm craving already
