Have you tried Tescos? I went there at the weekend and there was a 20% sale and quite a few nice tops, worth a looksy and the clubcard points as well :D

Thinks are just so expensive aren't they!! Seriously thinking of emigrating today.....

...and Clubcard points. Every little helps! (vomit!)
  • Thank you for all your sugesstions.

Tescos is about the only place I usually have the odd look about. Will try town first a fair few shops about may try Matalan and Newlook first. If town fails I will try Tesco 20% sounds good. Not been impressed with anything I ve seen recently although I try not to look too closely to avoid any temptation.

Just hope its not all string type sleeves for summer. I have the opposite problem to IA!

  • It is worth looking in charity shops as well. My friend found a pair of jeans, nearly new that fitted her like a dream, found out when she got home they were designer label and shoved them on ebay - got £65 for them - she only paid £3:eek:

Theres a pretty good sale in MKOne at the moment, popped in on Saturday and fancied quite a lot, all at very good prices.
  • Right looked in Matalan , Newlook, Next, Debenhams, M&S,Walis, BHS, Topshop and DottyP at lunch with my friend. Found a £7 top and £10 black trousers in Newlook but nowt else. About to go through my wardrobe and see if I do have something hidden away that I can wear with the trousers. My other have bleach stains. The purple top is nice but could be day wear so think its a bit casual for friday. Couldnt resist it at £7.

Good news size 16 too big the size 14 ok but can be tight. Just need to lose a few more pounds. That wll help free up some wardrobe clothes I havent been able to wear for a year or so.

Bad news feeling fed up and undecisive, work piling up and got more to do for tomorrows visit. Starting to fret abut spending and monthly budget for May. Should be ok if careful.

Thanks for all your advice/tips guys.

That time of the month again so it could be the start of that or Im just genuinally fed up?

Look on the bright side - maybe the 14s will all fit perfectly at other times of the month!

  • Hope you find something that is right, I felt a bit fed up yesterday but I think sometimes the whole DFW thing gets a bit too much - hugs (()))

    Hiya Wendy just saying 'Hello'
Hope you start to feel better soon, feeling fed-up is rotten isn't it. I hope once we start to get the warmer days then it'll help us to feel more cheerier.

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.
