I'm having some real difficulty with Canvas Republic and have only intermittently been able to make contact with Canvas Republic over the course of quite a long period now.

As Canvas Republic appear to frequent here, perhaps Canvas Republic would like to get back to me (Canvas Republic know who I am) before I get any more fed up...

Details to follow if satisfactory result not very swiftly forthcoming.

I ended up cancelling my order... which actually turned out to be a good idea as another friend had problems a few days later... with the company quoting the same problem. To their credit they refunded quickly so appreciate that.
I used another company and they delivered the items in 2days!!!!! they were more expensive but used a great quality canvas which can be folded and bent without cracking!

So... paid more but got more, I believe!

This was originally a post saying I couldn't contact Canvas Republic by email or phone - just had a phone call from one of their guys who has advised me of a technical issue on their site which caused the main problem.

Obviously not got the prints yet so can't comment on that yet - but fair play to them for taking the time to call - sounds like they are going through a lot of changes at the moment.

Looking forward to receiving the prints early next week...

Humm, amazed to read the reviews of poor service from canvas republic... i also noted that people were happy when the artwork did arrive though. However all is not as it seems, the 'artwork' or at least some of it was ripped off from an amazingly talented artist from Iceland. Read about it here (branding look familiar for OnlyDreemin???)

They changed their name before they got shut down. I would find another online canvas seller instead of plumping for the first one on google.

I am rather frustrated with Canvas Republic.

First off my order was quite a few weeks late, and only after constantly attempting to contact them did i get any joy. Once the prints arrived, the large individual piece did not resemble the picture on the internet. To make matters worse, the 3 piece delivered for my lounge was actually incorrect. 2 pieces were duplicated - rendering the canvas useless. I returned these prints, and have been waiting for a refund since 23rd May 2008. I was told it was too late for a refund on to my card, but a cheque or paypal could be used. As i dont have a paypal account i asked for a cheque. Patiently waiting for a cheque i had enough once weeks passed. My emails since have not been replied to. I am still awaiting a £130 refund for my prints.

I would love to hear what canvas republic have to say.
