    Hi Guys,
Just to let everyone know we have been in touch with Watchdog they like you to keep it simple when you email them with your story obviously kept it to simple they emailed back stating they would not be taking it up.

Doesn't surprise me. You're talking of winning the lottery in odds of getting your story on there. It has to be entertaining and TV worthy and it's not down to how bad the problem is itself and then it's going to be picked from thousands of other reported scams. Take the example of the Vistaprint scam that has its own thread on this forum running for ages. Loads of people have been contacting Watchdog for years over it and people are still appearing on this forum now after falling for the same thing. But it still doesn't appear on Watchdog. You may have much more of a chance contacting Radio Four's You and Yours programme instead. Watchdog really won't get you anywhere unless you're very very lucky.

I also unfortunately bought something from pciexpressshop worth £235 on 29th March with debit card. Douse said it would be there a week later. Tried to cancel my order when I realised nothing would actually happen. After many emails nothing happened and I didn't even get a reply. I just wish I'd seen this thread before buying!

You may like to look at this from insolvency register as well:

thank heavens once again for this website

I have been chasing this bunch of cowboys since 12 dec 07 when i purchased a wii from them, he didn't have any in stock and couldn't guarantee delivery for xmas, under his T&Cs he said i could have a refund, so i waited:
    and waited:
and waited and i am still waiting

loads of emails back and forth, i live in kent so thought about driving to his offices (had agreed with him originally that i could collect the wii from him) he doesn't have a shop just an office in a flat. Have filed with HSBC as purchased on a mastercard with them, still waiting for them to sort it out been waiting since 12 march for them.

Looks like it's a simple typo. Try www.businessroute.co.uk

Like in my example of Vistaprint, BBC4's You and Yours actually did feature the Vistaprint "scam" earlier this year, despite repeated attempts by others to get it on Watchdog. I think this radio program (although much less impact and lower ratings) has much greater chance of taking up the problem. At least it'd be a stepping stone and it's on five times a week I think. Whereas Watchdog isn't even on the air at the moment until October!! So even if they do decide to pick up on it, don't look for a swift response.
