So this means trading standards are completely useless and can't protect consumers buying from a company with months of complaints behind them. So while Douse continues taking money and living comfortably off his salary he is safe in the knowledge the law can't touch him. He may even have awarding himself a nice pay rise under the circumstances and laughs all the way to the bank.

The words "glad I've got my barclaycard to protect me.." now have more meaning, since our government agencies don't seam to be able to do that job.

Kent Trading Standards told me that as he was going under, you could take him to court & quite easily win your case but you cannot get money off someone who doesn't have any to give.

Even very early on they told me that they had no powers to force him into giving me a refund. So i guess they are rather like an arbitration service in some respect. I do agree with you entirely that retailers can do what they like & then walk away & do it all over again.

Your not covered with a debit card (Why i don't know cos it is a VISA debit card, but if you have a credit card they will refund your losses)

You will now notice that his sites now state they are in administration & further details will be posted 5th May. But they is still trying to sell GTA IV on the site. Well unless that is the adminstration company selling off stock.

However if you go to his PCS Sales site that does not mention that the company is in administration.

Blast wish I had seen this before payiny Thankfully a Credit card!

have now started legal action against him and also with credit card company to get my money back using the Dispute Declaration.

I am also going to forward all this information to watchdog, lets see if we can make this out and out THIEF squirm.

I've just checked and, surprisingly, Companies House does not show PCS Sales Limited in Administration. They are usually pretty quick about updating information such as this. Is it worth checking with them to see if it really IS in administration?

My grandson and his partner are having problems with this thieving scumbag
they ordered an Apple IPOD hI-fI speakers £216.98 in March after 10 emails
and still no goods we too phoned Trading Standards all they keep on saying is write him a letter registered post which we have done that seems a waste of time as it seems other people have already done that with no joy.We have noticed that has taken his web site off but PCS-SALES seem to be still trading dont know if anybody has contacted Watchdog yet ? but this is our next move no doubt he is still ripping people off and getting away with it but
I will not give up even if I have to go to Tunbridge Wells I will.

Hi Guys,
Just to let everyone know we have been in touch with Watchdog they like you to keep it simple when you email them with your story obviously kept it to simple they emailed back stating they would not be taking it up.Have
tried again giving them more detail hopefully might get a response from them this time as yet not heard from them.
Perhaps if other people contact them it might persuad them to take it up if other consumers are involved the more the better I think.
