Why are my bonus points lower than they should be? My receipt states that my total TPF bonus points is 175 upto 13th May. Yet I have spent £187 whole pounds (i.e. I've rounded down each transaction to the whole pound).

Weird things happened to me too:

I got my CC+ Card when I had about 1100 clubcard normal points. The new points added to that were all CC+ points and 3 weeks ago my till receipt read I had 2200 approx in points.
That means I had 1100 in normal clubcard points and a further 550 which had then become 1100 in clubcard plus points. (2200 all together.)

I got a mailing with £17.50 in vouchers two weeks ago and around 500 were till showing on my till receipt.

I then a week later got ANOTHER second mailing last week with around £4.50 from my clubcard in vouchers and money off coupons.

So I have a total voucher amount of £22 and 500 on my till receipt still showing.

I still have 500 points on my card.

    Confused? don't even start!!

Just spoke to a chap and they are going to send me a cc+ form. In true MSE style I used the saynoto0870 website and got the number to dial as 0141 5670356 instead of the 0845 number! Will send it off as soon as I get it.

Good idea! I went instore and asked if I could use thier phone to call the finance dept when applying- Also MSE style, but not in such comfort- though they did kindly dial the number I had for them for me!

This sounds liek a good idea - can't find anything on the Tesco website about it though. Guess they aren't keen to promote it? Anyone got a link?

    thanks

you'll have to call the CC+ number - and if you're in store you can go to customer service desk and ask them to call it for you.
if you look back through the posts on this thread you'll find the number(s) to call...

  • I am new to this forum and would like to apply for the ClubCard Plus account - I understand I will have to phone; but I have a profound hearing loss and live alone......was wondering if anyone would phone on my behalf to get an application form? I hate to ask Customer Services for me instore.....a bit awkward!
    Thanks

From what I understand from other threads, the clubcard plus are either on hold or they are no longer running the card, those with the card have not been made aware of this, so if its ending, its news to us- but it could be they have other plans underway to either revamp or restart the card under a new name.

Either which way, unfortunately you cannot get a clubcardplus at the moment.

I phoned them the other day and no mention of it ending, in fact they said they are looking into making it chip and pin to make it easier at the tills. That was the reason I had phoned up as can get a bit annoying not being able to use the fast check-outs because I have to sign for everything.

This may be a sillly question - is it only double points if you use your cc+ card as a payment card as well as a points card when paying? I find it awkward as the till staff don't seem able to check my cc+ balance so unless I go to the atm outside the shop before I go in and check there I'm not sure of the balance.
