    What kind of card do you say it is on the dropdown list at tesco.com for payment card?

    I've had difficulty once or twice - it is not consistent - so always have 0800-505555, HO Freephone on line to ask.
    Sometimes '00' has to go somewhere to validate it - be sure to ask them to verify your double points.

    just phoned them up and they said they think it is a visa card from list however I tried this and it didnt work

    any ideas?

    Just thought I would add my tuppence. I called today to ask for a new application and they were quite happy to send one. Near the start of this thread there are concerns about the scheme closing so I thought it was worth an update!
