    *Update*

As I mentioned in one of my replies, I sent her a message asking her what exactly she expected me to do with the phone to see if there was a case to withdraw the feedback.
Well, she never replied but she is "no longer a registered user".

Ebay is not great for that; I am sure she has registered as a new user with a clean feedback.... Great for keeping people informed about how reliable fellow ebayers are.
  • If my neighbours dog barkng was keeping me awake, I would speak to my neighbour before i called the RSPCA. The same with feedback. I understand she may not have been the best seller there is, but she should still be given the benefit of the doubt- perhaps she could have sent you a new charger/ unlocked the phone for you- now it has become something else.
But i do understand why you were peeved Bibendum, especially after the postal date. It's just a shame that now she will not be in the frame of mind to help.
Yet another Ebay lack of communication- for my money, i'm giving up on Ebay- too much effort and far too quick to take my money!
... and whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should ...

In most circumstances I would have talked rather than negged.
But the point was : if I send the phone back for her to unlock it, who was going to pay for the postage? Who would pay for the postage of the right charger? She must be missing the one she sent...
How bl00dy long would I have to wait to get this mess sorted?

If she hadn't lied about sending the phone, if she had at least offered an explanation and an apology for the delay I would probably not have given a neg. But you see, lack of basic courtesy and lies really didn't made me want to deal with her, so I decided to cut my losses.
