Those are a great idea! Wouldn't go with my dress at all but don't look too hard to imitate...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • They are a good idea. Might have to think about those...

I loathe strapless bras as I've yet to find one with sufficient support for my large droopynesses. But I'm not a lover of clear straps either. They catch the light and everyone can see you're wearing them. They are not invisible.

Those seem like a reasonible solution - as long as they are strong enough to hold everything up!
  • I will let you know what I think re the strength of them once I have tried them,I am ordering today.I could have SIL make some for me using seed pearls and beads attached to silver coloured tension cable if the jewellery chains are not heavy duty enough. Its quite difficult to find a pretty solution for us ample up top girls.Hope these work.

those straps are gorgeous and match my bridesmaid dresses.

Wish I'd known about them before as I could have got away with spending less on their dresses then.

do they come in other colours? Am thinking about treating myself to some for the party season. Drink and strapless bras don't go so well together - lol
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Ok, I'm very nervous as I've finally decided to order my dress today. I've been given quotes by both milly bridal and ASAP, and milly bridal is slightly more expensive (150 including shipping) and I'm wondering whether the quality is better there. I just find it really reassuring that you can see the dresses being made to be honest, but would love to hear people's opinion who have used ASAP.

fawd1 welcome to the forum, i cant comment on milly bridal but was going to order from them before going with asap, only didnt as they wouldnt change the dress to how i really wanted it, kept on trying to get me to order one that looked like the one they already had, but saying that so many people have brought from them and are frilled. The dress i recieved from asap is amazing, the quality is brilliant, it feels just like the original (£800+) the beading, just everything is the same if not better, have you seen my photo's ? I know you cant feel the quality from looking, but would i be smiling so much if i wasnt happy??? x x

I got married oct 2006 and was doing a post grad degree same year as organising so being prepared ordered a dress in the jan off ebay from china set my measurements dress maker measured me. I am about a sz12.

well dress arrived 3wks later and was not a sz12 was more a sz 20. (its cost £50 inc postage) so emailed them to complain and they apologisied and offered to make a new one for £25 inc postage so i ummed and erred and decided ok not a lot to lose, so ordered direct from them re-checked measurements well next dress came 2wks later and still huge and worng colour!!

so put in disputes with paypal and intially got full refund for 1st dress but not second as private sale (did eventually get it to my surprise 3mths later)

on a positive i did manage to sell the dresses one for £95 and one for £75. The quality was good just a shame wrong size. Came to the conclusion they had a bulk batch of one size.
