I notice that this thread is almost three years old and the last discussion nearly 12 months ago. I booked tickets to Florida on 20/09/04 but strangely have only just been notified about this situation for the very first time today! Is this simply due to a huge backlog of affected passengers? Anyway, has anybody actually made any progess with this or am I wasting my time filling in this form?

If you read the thread you will see that people have had refunds, including myself, and some time ago. I believe that the latest date for lodging claims is 31st December, 2012.

There is also another thread HERE.

Read the first three pages then skipped to the latest post - missed the important bit about successful compensation receipts! Anyway, form filled in and submitted and I guess we'll just wait and see what happens.

Could be a few posts in the next day or so - I got some random email today Air Passenger Fuel surcharge Settlement Administrator. I thought it could be some sort of scam as I've already had my refund so just deleted it.
