Just a quick hello as Im off to work soon.

Pinkfairy Thanks for the advice. I have looked at her care plan. Because I work in care I know what to look at. Before she went there I checked out their inspection report and asked around. Mainly she is quite happy and they have lots of activities.

Morning all

Well, despite having slept for all of yesterday morning, I still managed to sleep all night as well. I've decided it's sinusitis rather than a cold. I'm up and will off to work today. if I'm really good and get off this board right now, I'll be able to get the chicken in the slow cooker before I go to work. Have a good one ladies, will ponder the list properly when I get home

Twinkling Tuesday - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area

Level One
Clean floors in these rooms
Air the room.. fling open the windows and let in the springy air!! I don't care if it is 13' below!! lol
Level Two
Clean baths/shower, toilets, don't forget under the rim! and sinks
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Level Three
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc whatever needs cleaning.
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
Collect any stray laundry from upstairs.
Extra mission:
Pick whichever you want to attempt:

• Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
• Wipe down the doors and frames in these rooms.
• Clean the radiators in these rooms
• Wash the windows in these rooms.. and shine the mirrors
• HHI... a bit more gone!

Morning everyone..
Hugs to everyone, whether you need it or not.
It's freezing here today and I'm out and about. I could do with sitting in front of a coal fire..except of course I didn't get around to ordering any!!
I will have to do that first thing.
I'm going to try and get the bathroom done before I go out otherwise it won't get done.
Other than that, its more washing and some dishes, but everywhere is looking pretty good to me...

It looks a litle foggy here today but I have opened the bathroom window as [STRIKE]ordered[/STRIKE]asked by Pigpen. DD is going top playschool today for the first time but I am sure that I will be picking her up after half an hour because I don't think she will stop crying-. We will wait and see.

Well managed to get some of todays cleaning done early. So pleased with that. Will tackle the computer area later...eugh, hate filing away all the paperwork etc, but will get it done :-))
Hope its the kitchen tomorrow as mine is abit of a state

MOJT I bet she is fine, the prospect of all those new toys to play with will be too much of a lure to her

A never looked back when we dropped her off on her first day and came out all smiles. W cried for the first couple of weeks but apparently within 10 minutes of us leaving he was playing with the others and he was full of smiles as well when he left.

Its 9am and my bathroom is shiny:D I am determined to stay on top of everything this week, been trying to study so really need my evening free.

Thanks for the welcomes yesterday. I can't believe how many pages this thread has run to in a couple of days!
I'm off work this week as its half term and yesterday's list really kick started me, after changing the bed I ended up doing the bedroom, bathroom and office, so I'm ahead of today! First time in my life I could say I was ahead of the housework - of course thats ignoring the mess in the other rooms
