I was working yesterday morning (I'm Housekeeper in a private house) and got most of Monday's tasks done in their house, but not in mine ha ha! Today I'm at home so am going to get to at least level 2 for both Monday and Tuesday.

Also going to tackle my storecupboard/freezer inventory BEFORE I head out to Tesco. Does anybody know if the Doves Farm flour is still on offer at 60p? That's a bargain, it's £2.19 in our local Co-op!

Ihave a work colleague coming round today and she's never been before so I want everywhere in general to have a s&s tbh, plus my mum is up from Manchester to a week this Thursday so really must hide all the "financial" paperwork before she gets here. "Neither a beggar nor a borrower be" has always been here motto - she'd keel over if she knew the extent of my finances.

Well my cuppa has cooled down so I'm going to drink that, put the radio on LOUD and get moving.

I may also make the most of any outside jobs that need doing today (car, garden, outside windows, shed etc.,) cos I hear the weather is going to turn tomorrow with lots of rainy spells, albeit warmer. Think I'll add a quick run before my shower to my list:

    WM
    DW
    TD
    S/S kitchen
    mop downstairs
    hoover downstairs
    s/s downstairs loo
    finances
    tesco
    inventory
floordrobe in my room - at least 1 hour - will break it into 2 HHC chunks me thinks!

    Enjoy your day all

sexymouse - Forgot to say, my OH who is a Property Maintenance Engineer (ie: Jack of all trades - I think that's what they call it) uses this stuff called Stain Block. You let that dry and then paint over it. The stain shouldn't come through then. I'm sure you can get it from B&Q, Homebase, etc

Morning all. Tired today due to goings on outside our house last night, wont bore you with it. DS3 also work up.

Going to get my dalies finished by 10:30 and then give myself a hhc to get the bathroom done. Then to find the desk.

NON SMOKERS I'M PROUD OF YOU KEEP IT UP

  • Hey everyone - hope you are all well today!

Well managed level 1 yesterday - not impressed with myself - Although bathroom today - so should be able to do better there.

galantvr4 - Well done you are doing so well - keep it up :j I don't know if they are too sweet but Chupa Chupps (sp) or any lolly on a stick might be a good idea if your hands a bored?

Michelle - Please take it easy - you could be feeling dizzy due to the way bump is lying - this sounds utterly daft I know - but when I was preg with no 1 I had a hygenists appt. all I remember was lying in the chair they started and the next think I woke up with one of the dentists checking my pulse! When I spoke to the midwife later she suggested that it was they way bump was lying that had made me pass out. Also whenever I was preg/bf strawberry complan was my best friend... loads of vitamins etc in 1 drink and one of the few things I could (or bump would let me) keep down sorry if tmi... I used to get a bit of a boost after drinking one of them!

LO had a great day yesterday (which I knew she would!) lol everyone that I passed on the way to pick her up had seen her and was telling me how well she had settled! So when I finally got there I saw for myself! Although she took all of 3 mins to fall asleep on the way home!

Fan assisted oven died last night - I could cry... What is going to break next?! Just need to remember to preheat the other oven so not quite so bad but it takes ages to heat up... Wish we could fast forward to the end of march - then at least I could sort out another one - possibly

    Ok Plan of action:

    Whizz round the bathroom,
Make cottage pie/spag bol batch up and freeze
    Make some sort of cakes/treats.

Galant - you're doing fabulously! Yeah, i'm so proud of you!
Trulymadlydeeply - hats of to you...I couldn't do the list for someone else then again for my household! Infact, doing the list a third time won't make much difference to you so feel free to pop round any time!

My get up and go and got up and gone so i'm going to make myself get up and do a HHC if anyone wants to join me. On your marks, get set.....zzzzzzzzzzzz.

Oh, and i'm still off the diet coke and chocolate! Yeah!!!

*boots mudbath up the derriere.. *

Come on woman .. off that furry rump.. the sooner it is done the warmer you'll be and the sooner you can slob on the sofa..

I'm going for a shower.. I need to get it done before I collect Tiddles and I need to get the list done this morning so I'll do the shower now and the cleaning after.

I feel a wee bit queasy this morning as well.. hormones all over the shop again by the look of it.. or it could be that I keep eating bananas and they make me ill!
