I spoke to the "options " team and said I was going to disconnect and they offered another year .However my sister phoned talk talk and she didnt have to speak to disconnections .She was offered the same deal straight away without even saying she would disconnect . I didnt ask for the 70 minute limit to be removed ,so I guess it is still there .

I do agree its annoying and puts me right off them but I'm guessing they can't remove it on a per customer basis. They may only price-match as opposed to price & tariff match.

rang and got a match with the tele2 deal. they said that they do it by crediting £5 per month on your bill to cover the cost of the talk 2 £4.99 cost.
