Why did I only get £11:42 for 12 flights?

Unless you have details of your original tickets it would be difficult to know. However, at the start, BA did advise that the refunds would be worth between £1 and £11.50 per flight. This being dependent on the amount of the fuel surcharge charged in each case. Therefore, it may be that you were charged the minimum at the time.

Where all the flights eligible long-haul?

I believe that there is an email address that you can use to contact the payment agent on the cheque remittance slip.

there's a freephone number for questions about the distribution payment - 0800 043 0343...perhaps they could confirm how the amount was calculated.

Personally, I'm somewhat surprised the cheque got to me as the address on the letter/cheque dropped all letters from the postcode - so it's just 3 numbers in my case...possibly if the creditor's list was created in the US, their system can't handle letters in the zipcode/postcode field? Did anyone have letters in their postcode? :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I got one payment for £112.62 paid direct into my bank, i have no idea how they have worked it out. I was expecting payment for 8 flights so maybe thats what i got?

I don't really care though tbh, happy to get what i got.

All i did was enter my Flying club number when i claimed.
