Check online if tickets are available as they sell out fast- that is why we went at 7p.m.

I booked tickets online and colected them at the box office when we arrived.

Give yourself plenty of time to get there as it is at the end of the Dome and quite a walk!

Hello Webitha and a very happy birthday :bdaycake: its lovely too see new faces as some of the ones on here have most deffinatly lost the plot (they fondle bread makers and slowcookers and some even knit dish cloths and make them into bikinis:eek: ):rotfl:
not much going on here need to walk the dogs pop to the bank and put the washing away OH is off today so we will see if he can get up they are all still in bed.

Dull and overcas here today, I have an appointment to get my mane sheared at lunchtime, did not realise its 4 months since I last went!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A load of coloured is the laundry.

Mad Mo is still upsetting people, there are rumblings all round the building, but the SHO's are not supporting us, they seem to think she is not harming anyone.............but they do not have to listen to her door banging everytime she goes out. We have a residents meeting next week, it is going to be interesting.

Yesterday OH found the jar of Maxwell House coffee that should be on the trolly in the lounge, in the recycle room, on top of a bin.............it is now in my apartment. How i got there is anyones guess...............

Apart from my haircut nothing much planned for today.............the nets need washing, I am thinking of having a trip to Dunelm to see about a second set, just for a change.............the curtains have to be dry cleaned, so they will have to wait until the better weather.

Salmon salad for supper, do not like the salmon hot, so will cook it this morning and let it cool down, a little lemon juice and some fennel seeds, should be nice, no white wine opened so it will have to go without that.

Need to phone my friend who had her knee done last week, was going over today but haircut means i will be tomorrow instead.

Off to see if my washing is finished............................

OH has gone to Glasgow for the day but I couldn't face the drive so we're going to spend the day out and about around here. It's another glorious day so we might hit the beach.
Spent yesterday ironing and hanging new curtains in the bedroom and kitchen and then had a mad baking session.
As usual the girls were up for it so we made blueberry muffins, date and walnut muffins, anzac biccies, lemon biccies and banana loaf....and as usual they cleared off half way through and left me to it. :rolleyes: By the time I'd finished making OH's Valentine's meal I was ready to run away from the kitchen.

So planning to stay out of there today, other than making a lasagne for tonight.

Washing is getting behind so need to play catch up with that too and if the rain stays away I want to spend the weekend sorting out the garden. Can't believe it's nearly seed planting time again.

Well I have been at university since 8am this morning and I am very proud becuase I after my 9am lecture I went striaght to the library to do some reading for my essays!!!!:cool:

I've just given myself a break for lunch and then i have a seminar 2-4.

Me and my bf are going to the cinema later....was just wondering if anyone has seen Sweeny Todd, as this is the film I really want to see!!!! Is it any good???

Just a quick one from me,

Just been to Mr T and all the flowers are being sold off cheaply, I got 24 red roses for £1, and the lady in front of me had 2 huge bunches of tulips for £2, worth a trip if you need to get flowers, or if like me you just like them

ladymarmalade, i have not seen Sweeny Todd yet, but would like to just to drool over jonny Depp :drool: :whistle: , the singing puts me off a bit though

Hiya, just a quickie from me.

Big hugs to anyone who needs one today.

I'm up to my eyes at the moment mulit-tasking big time. I'm trying to clean the house, look after the girls, cook and bake all before 5. :eek:

As it's DH's big 50th birthday bash tomorrow, we've got tons to do. BIL and SIL are travelling up from Cambridge and phoned before to see if they could come over and have a meal here, it's just as well I made a huge pot of spag bol last night!. So they are coming at 5pm and then at 8pm, 5 of our friends are arriving from Essex to stay for the weekend. Then one more travels up in the morning.
To be honest I'm expecting a busy 48 hours as we have lots of family and friends travelling from all over the place to come to the party.
We're expecting about 100 people and we've got a disco and 2 bands playing, one of which is DH's band! He's out this afternoon practising with the band so he's not much help!
The wm and td are doing overtime as we've had to provide extra beds/bedding for 6 people, possibly more!:eek:
I'm planning to stay sober tomorrow night as I need to be a responsible mum/wife/host etc and anyway I'm driving the car! :rotfl:
