Ok excuse my ignorance in this as I've only just finished the trial period and now they are sending me some extra stuff and I don't know what to do with it!
In last weeks package I got an A4 Kantar Operations pre-paid plastic envelope - no word on the posting schedule what I'm supposed to do with it! Am I to assume that if you decide not to continue you use this to return everything?
Also in last weeks package I got a sheet of yellow stickers which I assume are SMARTS?
I got this weeks package today and it looks as though these are used to be stuck to the inserts for the two letters I have to sent out as it's mentioned in the posting schedule.
Again, in this package I got another plastic envelope and a grey one for SMARTs - I'm assuming that these are for return of everything if you decide not to proceed?
Sorry for being thick but I'm just a little confused!
Thanks in advance for you help!Life's what you make it....

1. The plastic envelope is used to return any letters you receive in 1 week. Just make sure you put a barcode sticker on the back of this envelope (its on the labels with the R Number stickers you get) I usually post mine on a Friday.
2. Smarts are orange in colour and have 4 letters on them eg, MSDF, those are what you insert into test items you send out.
3. Sometimes you may get a test item without an R number on them. In that case, you click on no R number on the site, and they will give you a number, which you write onto a yellow sticker. You then attach that sticker to the letter youve been sent.
4. They may ask you to return SMARTS to them. In this case, you put them all in the smaller plastic envelope which says Smart returns only0 -
I haven't heard anything from them in a while- i've filled in all the online parts correctly, posted everything where I was meant to, and haven't had any emails saying my services are no longer required. Any ideas what's going on?when the first cup of coffee tastes like washing up she knows she's losing it0
