Yes when every you get a Test item (you should have selected your test initials when you signed up) You'll enter the information on site which is pretty easy to use.

The same with the sending of items on the site you will have a mirror of your posting plan that will be sent you just then double click on this item when you prepare and when you send it. It will then ask you where you posted it and what time.

Once you get your first item you'll probably find it a lot easier...(hope I haven't confused you too much)

Don't worry about Smarts yet....

Trying to remember how long it was after I signed up that I started receiving letters but I really cant remember. You should get your pack through to post letters soon though just follow the instructions and I'm sure you'll be fine.

I'm usually around so just shout if you need help also there are some good points in this thread that others have posted before so might be worth a quick scan read at some point.

Once you have your log in details, log into the site and click on Training.

In there is everything you need to know, how and what to enter on the site, about smarts and what to do with them.

It might sound confusing reading it, but youll get the gist of it

I had the same last month but got the stamps .If you're on holiday next week you normally get them sent in a small envelope on their own.
