Just had a phone call from RI saying that the barcode labels need to go on the back of the plastic envelopes not inside.

Thats where I usually put mine too...although I can never decide whether they should be put on the Smart envelopes as well.

Ive never put any on the smart envelopes and theyve not contacted me to say i need to

no they dont need to go on the smart enevlopes - its just when they run low in smarts they ask for them back to reuse them

the barcode labels need to go on the OUTside so they can quickly assertain where the post from indide has come from

I have been accepted for this got my password etc today.I was wondering how long it will be before i get these letters to post ? Also i dont really understand it all sorry if i soun d thick what do i do once i recieve these,and what do i have to put on there website ? Finding it a bit confusing any help will be great

When sending a letter you will need to add the time and postbox where you sent it.

When recieving letters that will be a number inside the letter which you put on the website (along with a smart number but you dont usually get these straight away) You'll then put the date, time etc it was recieved.

So what ever letter recieved or sent you have to log in and put all the information on ? Is the site easy ?
