    Sorry you are both upset about the response from Royal mail but any survey has a limit of some sort and this survey is post-code based.

    They do give an indication of areas (post-codes) which they require recruitment in at any time. At the moment they are not asking for any particular post-code, they want to recruit business users who use a franking machine.

    I have a letter to post in about 2 weeks and it says it needs a smart...
    i've never done smarts before and think I understand them BUT
    I don't have any?
    I got a pack through saying
    "you will recieve a stock of smarts from us in your first two packs"
    I've had 3 packs in the last two weeks and none of them contained smarts?
    Just return envelopes, test items, posting plans and yellow stickers (and stamps in every pack???) BUT NO SMARTS?
    What do I do?
    I'm an MSE SLACKER!!!! Slap my bum.

    and in response to lexus lass and lively red... when new pannelist join they have been booting the long standing faithful pannelists... i would be glad they did it the fair way for a change!

    Ive never received a smart in a pack, just in items sent to me from other members.

    If you havent got any smarts, then just click none added

    yea ring them if u can or email them.the first time they sent me me stuff they didn't send stamps and i rang them
