Well, back from the DFW southern meet. Had a v. enjoyable walk with Andme and her Benben and Yeovilmac and his two boys. It's was nice to be able to put a face and real names to fellow MSEers.
The dog loved it too - and all the little piles of countryside poo which she of course rolled in. So, she's just had a wash down and is now fast asleep on my bed.
Washing drying nicely on the line. Off to do Mr T in a moment.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Bedding washed and on line! DS newly clothed a la Asda - with strict instructions not to grow so quickly next time!
Not yet managed to do much else except visit In-Laws before they go off on their hollies next weekend. Am now feeling that I should follow Pigpen's example and attack childrens' bedrooms with bin bags - wish me luck!!
DH outside cleaning cars and counting down the time until Arsenal on telly later on today!
Right - I MUST GET ON!!!!!!!0 -
Brother and sister in law came to visit, so I hoovered, which was pretty much all I had to do till tonight anyway. What, who said I was going to do the car? DS2 back for a nap, this time he is sleeping, last time he turned the tv on and sat on his chest of drawers.0

Still not done any more as doogie was having a 3 hour pamper instead of 1 so we had to spend 3 hours shopping. OH got bored after 2 and went home - BIG mistake as I found and bought BOOTS - another pair. I think at the last count I had 14 pairs oops.
So I suppose I better go and have [STRIKE]another[/STRIKE] a cuppa before pigpens thinks I've gone home sickMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
Kaz.. you are allowed to buy boots!! I said so!! Found anything you like in that box yet?
I found a rug in the girly room.. and a corner!!
Tiddles has a whole new wardrobe.. she'll be really pleased as she might actually have warn wrists and ankles now lol.. just need to rejig all her stuff so it'll fit in and she is sorted for another year!!
I have a binbag for charity shop.. another one.. and only one bag of rubbish so they must be doing something wrong. DD2 is being bawled at to put her clothes IN her cupboard rather than throw them in the air and leave them where they land.. until you next fill the wash basket then just put them in again!
I want a cuppa... NOW.. must order someone to make one.
DS2 can do it I think. DS3 can get himself under the girls bunks and rake out all the junk.. he likes that job!
Reloaded WM and TD the jeans and towels are on the line ... not drying but they can stay out there until I have room in the dryer or they are dry.. lol.. I do that a lot. I have one dryer full of socks and knickers.. that'll be fun.. and another job for the 2 oldest girls I think!
It does appear the boys do very little.. Hhhhmmmmm... I'll find them something.. I know.. they can clean out the tin cupboard!!!!!! Just their drop!
Charlie chicken is in the oven for dinner.. and I need to wash and chop some spuds and sling them in for roasties.. I'll do that next actually... and the DW.
Why am I so busy and hubby is making mess??LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
A quick hi from me
Took A to cubs for 8.30  this morning, she is hoping to complete her scientist badge today. Then W and I waited for the bread shop to open. Had left him in bed until the last min so he was sat in the car with his PJ's dressing gown and blanket round his knees bopping to James Brown 'I feel good' whilst we waited :rotfl: Just had coffee with mum and dad and about to get W dressed and then back to Mum and Dad's with wellies on to dig out the stone edging bits they no longer need for our garden.
At some point I need to look into replacing the DW so any recommendations would be appreciated.
ETA that was written this morning at about 9.30am but for some reason it didn't post
Anyway done erm...... nothing since! Well not unless you count me dozing on the settee whilst they watched Polar express again. They are now watching 007 :rotfl: what a mix!
Lil_me says hi to you all, she was having trouble getting onto the site last night. Will try to post when she can over the weekend.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
