Morning all, just doing maintenance flying today, totally knackered and working this afternoon/evening. Hopefully will make some money though:rolleyes:

JillD hope your night wasnt too bad, how old is the LO? Might be worth ditching the dummy altogether before she gets too attached? My LO never had one(decided before she was born as i personally dont like them), we did the controlled crying and worked very quickly:D

Pink Fairy, loved the photos , you must be so proud!

Hope everyone has a nice weekend.;)

Got to pop to the shop first to buy the daily mail, free Catherine Cookson DVD in it YAY! I love C. Cookson films so that's me sorted for tonights viewing in bed. Don't really need anything from town so no point going really I'd only be spending for the sake of it, it's best left in the bank.

Toying with the idea of lunch out for us all tomorrow, DD1 knows somewhere that's dirt cheap but nice IYKWIM so wont cost lots - we'll see. Also I'm working everyday next week (typical) so seeing as it's half term wanted to take littley to the pics at least so have to have a search and see what's on and what the times are. Also need to menu plan and draft up weekly shopping list.

Reet, I'm off to the paper shop, they'd better have some left lol

    Hello Everyone!

I'm back for a week hopefully! As it's half term, bopefully I'll have a bit more time to get on here and chat - oh, and do some flying too! I've been so busy at school I haven't had a chance to get on here for a little while. Appologies for not reading through all 22 pages of the thread, as I'll be here all day, and never get anything done! Hugs and congratulations where appropriate!

I had a really nice night out last night with all of the teachers from my year, as it is one of their birthdays on Sunday, plus it was Valentine's Day on Thursday, so we all decided to go to Nandos for a meal. I wasn't too impressed with the food (my veggie burger was cold but I was too hungry to send it back), but the company was great, and it made a nice change to go out, as OH and I haven't been out for ages!

On Monday I'm meeting up with the girls from my PGCE, and we're off to Brighton for lunch, which will also be nice, as I haven't seen any of them since before Christmas.

It's hard to believe that I've got through my first half term already. I'm only there until the end of the summer term, unless they do decide to add another teaching position in the school - trouble is there will be lots of internal competition for the job as there are a few of us on temporary contracts. I've had two observations of my teaching now (one in maths and one in English) and both seem to have gone quite well - I had my English one yesterday so haven't had my official feedback yet.

Well my first load of washing for the day has just finished, so I'd best get dressed and hang it out before the neighbours fill up the line. I'll try to pop back in again later.

Hugs again to anyone who needs or wants one,

    sexymouse xx
