I'll join all you ladies in a glass of something white and chilled and Pigpen I only have milk with cornflakes. One problem-Ihave broken all of my nice large glasses

What else would you drink that is white..... I can only think of one thing.. and it definitely isn't normally chilled.. unless it's from the 'bank'

Failing the large glass.. use the bottle!

It's all well and good making the list.. and very pretty it is too.. now.. don't you think you ought to DO some of it??

And that was what I thought about the ice cream therapy too.. it isn't like they get it every day is it? .. Poor little things had had a bad enough day and if it made them happier.. I don't care.. I know they are confident enough in themselves to find other ways to deal with things normally.. it isn't everyday you lose your 'baby' is it?.

DH in kitchen painting the tiles - he is a star - since Sunday he has laid a new floor, painted all the cupboards and now the tiles! As well as work full time - thats why I have been on here all evening hitting refresh!!

Can't believe I have forgotten to tell you all that I have tidied and HOOVERED the car!! It's all clean on the inside - just need to take it to the jet wash now!

  • Evening folks.

Miss Pigpen - i did the porch - did you see? I tend to agree with you about trying to do what i can and not taking the mickey with being pregnant, but i am trying to avoid having the tiddler early - we are just not ready. I guess we could pretty quickly get ready if we had too - but no sense deliberately going there.

I was having a laugh with DH last night, saying i remember last time my waters broke in the early hours of the morning, so i came on here to tell the flyladies, and then i started washing the PJs and dressing gown i was wearing at the time, and the flyladies were all laughing at me. This time i would be refusing to go to hospital till DH had got all the stuff out the loft, and i had washed it and hung it on the airers. :rotfl:

the house does look loads better for what i got done.

DH is not in from work, so i told him i wouldn't be starting to cook at this time, so he needs to get fish and chips on his way home. Mum liked her birthday pressie i got her, and Charlie enjoyed running around with his cousins, so a nice evening is being had.

I might try and do a bit more school stuff depending on when we eat. DH will have NCIS on as soon as he comes in, and i don't really watch it, so i might as well get on.

I can't believe how quickly this week has gone, i think i could have done with a fortnight off, but at least i feel like i have achieved a bit of something. Not everything on the list - but i never do, so i don't know why i set myself up to fail.

Anyway, going to get some plates out and feed the cats so they are not sat begging from us while we eat.

    See you all tomorrow.
    Michelle, x

I'm glad you got the porch done.. Do you feel better knowing it is done? I think flying while pregnant you have to know your own limits and when you know you are pushing it too far.

We had mad panics getting stuff ready as well.. I hadn't even bought anything when I went into labour at 31 weeks with DS3.. let alone got the baby stuff out and ready!! I discharged myself in labour with DS2 at 32 weeks and went shopping!! lol.. and got all the washing done.. that was insane!! With the later ones I had everything ready by 30 weeks and did nothing but clean and sling and ebay from then on in.. I had 17 things parcelled up ready to post from ebay the day DD5 was born! crazy stuff...

DD3 I came home from hospital at 4pm on christmas eve!!!!
