I can accept that they're not able to honour the freebie.
What I find offensive is the fact that they've retained my email address and continue to spam me..........I've created a MailWasher filter so it's not a bother but it's the principle; hardly "ethical".You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretzky

I think that if companies don't have the decency to reply then they don't deserve any custom!!!
