Perhaps they should cover themselves by adding "Un" to the company name??
No seriously - they're just ignoring emails now, so they deserve all they get from TS.0 -

I applied for original freebie and then the suprise freebie, got none but did not pay so i'm ok about it.
Did anyone get a suprise freebie? I thought they said they had sourced loads out?0 -

Goodness me - it turned up! Great pack in fact and worth the badgering of them to get it - suggest that people who have had (and kept) the order confirmation keep at them and don't give up just yet!0

Well done :T0 -
I wouldlike to add i also recieved a package on saturday. I didnt pay any p+p and applied for the original freebie so had the email from them confirming goods were being sent out to me weeks ago. I emailed the company and got no response. I then emailed again last week to say i had the confirmation email and was dissapointed they hadnt honoured what their email had stated. Still no reply... Then on saturday i recieved 2 bottles of shampoo and 8 little package freebies of shower gels, body washes etc which i really wasn't expecting. So there is hope to all of you if you email then. Strangely enough i emailed the company on saturday to say thanks and i appreciated the goods etc and got a response back from them straight away lol0

chloes - might I suggest a:
"Dear James, I note your reply to me. Please give me full contact details of the Trading Standards office that covers your location. Can I suggest we refer it to them and let them decide if the offer you sent me the receipt for should be honoured?"
email back to him?0 -

Edna, well done on getting your freebie from them!
I have found the order confirmation receipt in my drafts folder so I didn't delete it
Now for the fun part. How many emails did you send to ethical juicers to fight for your freebie?
Could you give me any advice on your fighting tactics?0
