But the original offer involved signing up to their newsletter, all you have to do is unsubscribe!

I paid postage by paypal, still not got anything though. I sent an email but didnt get a reply.
Doesnt look like anything is coming my way. :rolleyes:0 -
its all well and good them saying that only a select few were sent emails regarding their free deal but how come it was on their general website then? frront page too. if it was only meant for subscribers then they should have just sent it on the email, not on their site. ive had nothing too but guessed i wouldnt from the outset. ive just blocked their emails coming through as they have not even been useful.A happy wife, and mum to 2 lovely little boys :j0

Initially the offer was sent to members by email. But one of the members kindly shared it with us not realising the demad would go so crazy.
They then posted the offer to take more orders, I dont know why they bothered to if they are not going to back up the offer. I also think its unfair to accept paypal payments then not send anything.0 -

They said on an update that paypal queried their account due to the increase in money received, a lot of people paid £2 postage.
They havent sent anything to me and I paid postage and they havent refunded me either. My emails have been ignored.
I reckon they have made a fair bit out of this!0 -

They can say what they want about that, but they've got a bit of a problem due to the emails they sent out:
1) The email is clearly marked as a "Receipt" so a contract has been established.
2) It specifies the timing of when the order will be despatched.
As they have entered into a contract I'm expecting all those who got an order number and receipt to get this one.0 -
